Learn how to pray and meditate

Our workshop with the songs of classic Yoga masters provides personal instructions to help us identify our own obstacles on our path of Bhajan. The inner attitude while chanting mantras and prayer is of vitally important consideration. Concentration and motivation are the guiding principles of our success. We will learn about the different levels of absorbtion. Also the key elements of inner happiness are to be studied:

  • How to manage unwanted desires?
  • How to control the mind?
  • How to harmonize duty and ambition?
All these subjects are the elements of real progress while we try to contact the higher dimensions. Minimum 4 classes
